A Healthy Person Is
There are a number of things a person can do to be healthy, yet I’ve noticed that consistency plays a far larger role in one’s health. Living healthy in the moment is fundamental to being healthy yesterday, today and tomorrow. A daily commitment to making good choices is the fundamental determinant of health. Action always supersedes knowledge. Act healthy.
While there are various products in the marketplace that contribute to being healthy (organic foods, vitamins, minerals, supplements, etc.) and various products that you need to avoid (beer, drugs, cigarettes, etc.), I recommend that you seek the following services to optimize your health:
1. See your Medical Doctor once a year for a routine disease checkup.
2. See your Dentist annually or bi-annually for routine teeth cleanings and cavity detection.
3. See your Chiropractor routinely for maintaining proper spinal alignment.
4. See your Massage Therapist a couple of times a year to remove myofascial stress in your body.
Live healthy,
Dr. Matt
